The pool's early closing time at 7 pm was inconvenient for those staying for business purposes. This seemed unnecessary and inconvenient. They initially restricted access to luggage carts, despite available carts inside. We encountered an issue with the valet service. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready until 6 pm. Here are the key points of our negative experience: Check-in was scheduled for 4 pm, which is later than the common practice. While the facility is luxurious and offers many amenities, there were several issues that left us dissatisfied during our stay from Sunday through Wednesday.
